ABOUT SUSAN FERRIS

First I was a consumer of realtor services.in multiple states and for multiple reasons. I observed first hand the difference in good, mediocre, and outstanding service, and strive to provide the best. I approach service to my clients as a leader, advisor, and resource guide. I help clients find the balance between establishing a home, making a good financial decision, and minimizing risks. I am a leading agent in the Lincoln community for luxury home buyers and sellers, and I enjoy serving clients of all ages and walks of life. At home, I\'m a wife of a local physician (who is an accomplished woodturner, fisherman, and banjo player), Grandma Susie to three, and an active volunteer forever. I am a knitter, a reader, a cook, and if I had more time, I would return to gardening and sewing. Today my four young adult kids are an engineering associate professor, a screen printer, a singer/songwriter, and a classical guitarist. With them I have experienced \"first time\" homebuying,\"move up\" buying, leasing in seven states, and I know how to move money to lease internationally. Over the years I have explored Lincoln resources for music, theatre, fine arts, a little baseball and soccer, math and science enrichment. I understand how much my clients are counting on me, and I treat them like I would my own family. It is second nature for me to walk into a house and know if it has the possibility of meeting my clients\' needs. It brings me great pleasure to stay in touch with clients, sharing a network of local contractors, doctors, dentists, lawn service providers who take care of the snow in our Nebraska winters, and much more. I am a member of the national organization Certified Residential Specialists and one of three Nebraska certified members of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing Specialists.
