My areas of experience and practice are many however, these days, I have a particular focus on, corporate and commercial advising including in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business structures and transactions, dispute resolution, commercial and professional negligence litigation, wills, succession planning and deceased estate administration.I am well-known for my no-nonsense approach. I encourage clients to get advice early as it will save time and cost.I also consult regularly in our affiliated regional office, Clelands Regional Lawyers Pty Ltd in Yorketown.
