Responsibilities:Traffic Monitoring & Incident ResponseTrack and analyze accidents via Road Aid, VIDS, GPS, Ambulance, and RPV, escalating critical issues.Ensure real-time monitoring of RPV & Ambulance dashboard cameras.Share CCTV accident footage with the CRO team for documentation and action.Safety & Emergency ManagementReport and escalate work zone safety lapses for immediate corrective action.Log, analyze, and escalate 1033 emergency calls and complaints to SPV Management.Coordinate with the CRO team to track and resolve Road Aid issues efficiently.Infrastructure & Asset Oversight.Operational Reporting & ComplianceTrack IM team attendance and deployment for optimal resource utilization.Analyze GPS reports and submit monthly performance reports to SPV Management.Maintain the Road User Complaint Register for swift resolution of public grievances.Update daily ATMS equipment status and provide shift-wise reports.
