To prepare and present Daily, Monthly & Annually progress to the HOD, NHAI / IE containing description of project activities illustrated by progress/completion photographs, Coordination with different department functional heads for day- to- day site matters in coordination with Project Head.• Collimation error –checking, rectification of All required instrument. Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports for NHAI / IE.• Monitoring day-to –day activities pertaining to quality in consultation with NHAI / IE.• Preparation & Submission of compliance of IE & NHAI letters Maintenance of Inventories of maintenance related assets.• Preparation of Labours & Machineries records/bills used in maintenance work.• Coordination with Highway site supervisor for day- to- day site matters.• Vendor / Supplier bill verification, assessment of material, compliance completeness.• Issue of WO / PO as per requirement.• Quality assessment of various products as per standards and guidelines.• To inform the management in advance regarding preventive maintenance activities and plan the work accordingly.• Assessment of on-site fault and its rectification on time.• Verify supervisor’s activity and bills related to manpower deployment.• To prepare and present Daily, Monthly & Annually programme.
