My primary focus lies in strategically sourcing, recruiting and attracting top IT professionals mainly in roles of Presales & Bid Management through diverse channels, leveraging innovative recruitment tools and platforms. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and Directors, I define job profiles, create compelling job descriptions, and conduct rigorous candidate assessments to ensure an optimal match with organizational needs.• I play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process via Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) which is KEKA software, from initial requisition to final onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams. • My responsibilities extend to building and nurturing a talent pipeline and creating database. I manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition to final onboarding. This includes defining job profiles, creating compelling job descriptions, conducting thorough candidate assessments, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient process. Talent Pipeline Development, building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline is a continuous focus. I consistently engage with potential candidates, fostering relationships to create a talent pool that caters to current and future staffing needs.
