Blended Care Therapist @Lyra Health

At Lyra, I am continuing on my path as a tele-health therapist. With the blended care program, I have an opportunity to use evidence-based digital tools to enhance my practice as a therapist by working with clients using their EAP benefits for short-term, solution-focused care. At Lyra, I serve adults ages 18+. In this position, I have at the opportunity to build on my skills in wide variety of different modalities, with a focus in CBT, motivational interviewing, and ACT.
