As part of WinCup’s corporate procurement team, I lead sourcing and purchasing activities across multiple manufacturing plants across US,balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities. My work focuses on supplier negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, and data-driven purchasing decisions that directly support company-wide efficiency and sustainability goals.• Manage the procurement of packaging materials including paper rolls, corrugated cartons, lids, and commodity products and components for multi-plant operations.• Conduct spend analysis and supplier performance reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize sourcing strategies.• Coordinate purchase orders, vendor setup, and contract compliance, ensuring alignment with internal policies and financial controls.• Partner with cross-functional teams in logistics, supply chain, and finance to resolve vendor issues, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain uninterrupted production.• Collaborate with leadership to shape sustainable sourcing strategies supporting WinCup’s transition to compostable and environmentally responsible products.• Utilize ERP systems (Sage X3, MANMAN, WCDB) and advanced Excel analytics to track costs, monitor PPV, and report procurement performance metrics.This role allows me to combine analytical insight with supplier management and cross-plant collaboration — delivering measurable impact while preparing for expanded responsibilities in purchasing leadership and category management.
