Experience in working on signal transduction pathways related to GPCRs, ion channels, apoptosis, and tyrosine kinase receptors. Early target drug discovery and characterization of lead compounds. Responsible for implementing drug discovery workstreams, laboratory automation, high throughput screening. Designed, developed, and managed many types of assays from proof of concept to validated turnkey robust assays. Coordinate activities of multidisciplinary project teams in matrix organization, to meet tight timelines. Project Lead for running projects involving critical reagent-qualifications, these reagents are used in Bioanalytical, clinical, and non-clinical programs from Phase-I to Establish and run biomarker efforts for Omeros to find new indications and therapies for both novel biologics and small molecules program. Utilize Multiplex analysis, Q-Plex, MSD/ECL, Luminex ELISA. Hard working, highly motivated, and have a great interest in the improvement of health care.
