This is a $40M value project that spans seven years and aims to enhance the safety, functionality, and sustainability of the 15-storey secretariat tower and the major building systems. With over 22 years of experience in architectural design and construction, space planning and portfolio management, and capital project management, I have worked at multiple UN duty stations across four continents, delivering high-quality facilities and services for over staff and delegates. I am certified in PRINCE2® and ERP (Umoja) processes, and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. I am passionate about creating innovative and accessible work environments that support the UN\'s mission and values.
