ABOUT SUMMER A. MEHDI
Third-year Commerce student at Queen’s University (Smith School of Business) with a passion for business strategy, financial analysis, and people-centered problem-solving. I’m especially interested in roles that sit at the intersection of consulting, finance, and organizational effectiveness.I’ve worked at Scotiabank for two summers, first in Project Management within Global Network Engineering, and currently as a Business Analyst Intern in the Customer Insights & Data Analytics team, where I support data governance initiatives and strategic project execution. I’m also gaining hands-on experience in brand strategy and marketing as a Marketing Intern at Studio Rooh and Digital Dash. Outside of work, I run a sustainable small business (@sewsewsummer) and enjoy exploring how entrepreneurial thinking can be applied in both corporate and creative spaces.
