Managing Payments Operations - Service Development Architecture areas of corporate clients & E-commerce clients for various products and Trade related queries- Coordinating internally with technology team, API team, CIB, IMPS/UPI ops team for proper monitoring of payments done via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI and sharing BG/LC/Advices/trade reports with clients- Handling transaction related queries of clients within set TATS. Maintaining high client satisfaction. Also, managing the said transactions- Handling various requests such as Addition/ deletion of users, changes in MOPS,Signatories addition/deletion, Code creation requests etc- Doing scrutiny of the documents provided by the clients. Documents such as various CRFs, Forms, KYCs and Board Resolutions, FATCA, Annexures, Delegation Letters, Letter in lieu of Board Resolutions- Coordinating with branches in order to get the documents completely and properly filled and as per bank & RBI regulations. Doing complete due diligence to maintain high bank standards in order to give smooth service to clients hence maintaining high clientsatisfaction.
