Deliver Financial Goals: revenue, KPI, margin, EBIT, conversion, sales comp, budget, bonus target, payroll, shrink.• Manage P&L and ensure OPEX controls• Execute Strategic Vision for the field• Participate in strategic quarterly planning sessions. • Evolve and execute concept strategy with consistent growth results• Partner with key cross- functional stakeholders to ensure productive collaborations that produce positive results• Contribute to growth and development of Power/Geo Cities – Miami Power City• Influence store and market right assortments through partnership with RDD and GMM.• Influence and Integrate the marketplace with focus on A2S and capitalizing on local sports moments• Deliver a consistent selling and service culture that produces positive NPS results• Create a consumer experience that supports the digital journey and cross channel brand awareness• Develop and maximize merchant skills and product presentation skills in Store Leaders• Incorporate best practices to elevate store operational functions and improve efficiency• Leverage Store + leadership offense to build manager capability • Leverage training and development programs to ensure product, brand, operational and consumer knowledge-focused awareness. • Responsible for the overall morale of the team.
