As an experienced Biotechnology graduate, I have developed a diverse skillset in the field of laboratory sciences. With extensive experience in operating various analytical instruments such as HPLC, NMR, GC, IR, pH meters, analytical balances, and UV spectrophotometers, I have developed a keen eye for detail and accuracy in analyzing and reporting data.My proficiency in laboratory techniques such as dilution scheduling, pipette handling, and spill cleaning procedures, coupled with my knowledge of sterilization processes, has enabled me to conduct various testing methods related to environmental, food, and water testing. I have a thorough understanding of most probable number, preservative challenge tests, HMLT, biochemical testing, and membrane filtration techniques.Moreover, I possess a strong knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), enabling me to maintain high-quality laboratory standards while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. My knowledge and experience have equipped me with the skills necessary to identify pathogens from their growth on media and conduct turbidometry assays with UV spectroscopy.Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to maintaining a high level of safety in the laboratory. I have acquired OH & S and WHMIS training certificates and have a good understanding of safety procedures as per SDS. My ability to adapt quickly to new techniques and follow instructions has enabled me to manage my work on time while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.In addition to my laboratory skills, I possess strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. My active listening skills and humble nature, coupled with my leadership qualities, make me an excellent team player and effective communicator. I have a strong track record of delivering high-quality work while maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
