Plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met-Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping accurate records of the process and analyzing performance-Monthly inventory of cloud kitchen and base kitchen for forecasting and fill rate stability-Planning and production management for Diwali festival for outlets-The majority works in PO Vs GR report and Inventory management report for better and timely supply with minimum cost of Transportation.
