I’m a passionate HR and marketing professional who loves creating meaningful connections between people and strategy. Whether it’s hiring the right talent, enhancing employee experiences, or crafting compelling marketing campaigns, I thrive in dynamic environments where I can make a real impact.Currently pursuing my MBA in Human Resources and Marketing at Woxsen University, I’ve had the chance to apply my skills through hands-on projects, internships, and leadership roles. From managing employee onboarding at ASR Seeds Pvt. Ltd. to analyzing salary discrepancies for pay equity at RK Agencies, I enjoy tackling challenges that drive both business success and employee well-being.On the marketing side, I’ve helped build a skincare brand’s digital presence with data-driven strategies, social media ads, and customer engagement initiatives. I also have experience with tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, and Zoho CRM, which help me make informed decisions and track real results.Beyond work, I’m always eager to learn and grow. I’ve published research on ethical AI in change management and earned certifications in organizational behavior, social media marketing, and onboarding processes.
