My path into GRC didn\'t start with a certification it started in production.At Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) one of the largest Blue Cross Blue Shield licensees in the US. I supported Workday security access governance, PII data controls, payroll compliance, and system integrity across a HIPAA-regulated enterprise environment. Working inside systems that directly impact people\'s pay and sensitive data taught me what compliance actually means in practice, not just on paper.I\'m now building on that foundation formally, backed by a Master\'s in Business Analytics, hands-on SQL and Python skills, and a certification roadmap centered around CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001, and CISA.I\'m looking for an IT GRC Analyst role where I can contribute meaningfully, keep growing, and build a serious career in risk and compliance.
