ABOUT SUE MURKIN

I have worked in training and development for over 15 years with a solid background in B2B & B2C consultancy. With an entrenched passion for service excellence, borne out of having had the privilege to work for both Richard Branson & Anita Roddick in my early career, I believe in their ethos still today, that if you look after your people, they will look after your business. Delighted to align myself with CIPD where the values of Customer First, Collaborative, Innovation, impactful and Expert authentically reflect an organisation who champion better work and working lives by improving practices in people and organisation development, for the benefit of individuals, businesses, economies and society. My role is to ensure clients\' expectations are exceeded by supporting CIPD Associates and enabling them to deliver quality training solutions that are fit for purpose, current and align to client objectives. My focus is to ensure the experience of being an Associate for CIPD is a positive one, based on a strong mutual relationship so that CIPD clients and members benefit from an outstanding service that CIPD have been championing for over 100 years. Myself and my team are passionate that the customer journey of every delegate impacts positively to ensure we keep the people profession up skilled and serving their people for years to come.
