I aim at improving business performance through talent practices that make associates more engaged and productive. This starts with understanding the work, giving it meaning, and building great teams. My professional experience includes health insurance, direct marketing, life insurance, banking and retail businesses leading HR teams. My passion is building teams and developing working relationships with all levels of associates. Together with business leadership and my team, we design the workplace where a diverse mix of talented people want to come, stay and do their best work. We do this by promoting accountability and making sure information flows quickly ensuring the right design is in place for supporting associate and company growth. We define meaningful roles, find and attract diverse talent, and manage talent across the associate lifecycle creating equitable opportunities for growth and development. Throughout my career, I have been transforming the HR client delivery model from silo, internal focused to collaborative and customer focused by establishing HR leadership, credibility, collaboration, and using information in predictive ways. I have completed various coaching programs, provide 1:1 coaching to management and non-management associates and thoroughly enjoy helping others with their career development.
