I’ve enjoyed working as a change and communications professional for more than 20 years. I love leading teams and have successfully headed up internal communications functions in large, complex organisations. However, it’s shaping and delivering approaches that bring about change that excites me the most, particularly those that can affect how colleagues and customers feel about the organisation and its brand.
