As an integral part of the Global RFP team, my role includes maintaining, updating and enhancing content on Loopio (RFP Response Software) for sales functions including writing RFPs/RFIs/DDQs, pitch books and other marketing materials. Some key responsibilities:• Build & maintain a Loopio Library by coordinating with RFP Heads across Asia, Europe & U.S• Upload content and ensure it is recent, re-usable and non-duplicate• Proactively write / edit content in line with HSBC guidelines• Work with the Loopio team to fill gaps required to ensure it meets our expectations• Laison with Subject Matter Experts to ensure content is updated/accurate and appropriately positioned to help win business• Develop taxonomies and metadata framework for grouping and tagging content• Prepare and present content-related metrics to all stakeholders• Promote Loopio usage amongst colleagues via training/presentations
