ABOUT SUE PAUL

Committed to the health and wellness of older adults through brain health interventions, rehabilitation services, health coaching, fitness training, environmental design, and community activism. I am passionate about proactive aging and the prevention and management of chronic disease using the principles of human design, i.e. helping people eat, move, and live like good humans. I am particularly inspired by those with dementia and their caregivers, and have dedicated more than 30 years as an occupational therapist to helping them maintain the highest level of function possible. I founded the non-profit SeniorScapes, whose mission is to build senior-centric, dementia-friendly public parks for older adults, as a community design solution to a public health crisis. Sue M.
