Sue is a certified PMP®, DSDM Agile Practitioner PM, Prince2® Practitioner Project Manager and Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) with over 30 years IT experience across all phases of the software development life cycle. Sue has worked in various project/program management roles for over 25 years and has an excellent record of delivering projects within budget, on schedule, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and creating high performing teams.Sue spent the first 8 years of her IT career at Telstra, moved to IBM Global Business Services in 1997, and in 2016 joined SA Water as a Senior PM. In 2017 Sue successfully delivered SA Water’s major e-billing and CRM project within the Digital Strategy program at SA Water. She continued to deliver many projects for this portfolio. In 2020 Sue was promoted to the SA Water Digital Presence Program Manager and successfully oversaw delivery of the 4 year program, embedding agile delivery within the program and earning high accolades from Senior stakeholders.Sue moved to the role of Program Manager, Cyber Security in 2024.Over 18 years with IBM Sue delivered projects, either as the Client Project Manager or the IBM Project Manager, for numerous clients. Several of these projects required managing project teams comprising client and IBM team members sourced both local and globally. Sue delivered the IBM GBS PM Case Study training course to new IBM Graduates from 2013 to 2016. In 2003 the project Sue was managing was one of 7 projects selected nationally in the external CMMI (Capability and Maturity Model) audit, in which IBM GBS successfully achieved CMMI Level 5.In 2013 Sue was a member of the inaugural Torrens University Global Project Management Advisory Board.
