Provide technical support assistance including diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems to help our customers install and use Gerber AccuMark family of products, applications and programs. Act as a liaison between different departments in our company and with customers focusing on the experience of the customer and being able to resolve issues quickly. Work to inform both current and prospective customers about the products that Gerber offers, while also ensuring excellent product delivery. Interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and to provide a solution and clearly present any technical information that users can comprehend. Involved with new product development with the capacity to improve processes through teamwork and collaboration and by seeing situations from different perspectives and providing information through collective experience and communications.
