Oversee subscription lifecycle management, including cancellations, downgrades, RMAs, credits, and migrations, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and partner satisfaction across all workflows.Key contributions• Operational management – Oversee post-sales workflows impacting partner billing, licensing, and fulfilment accuracy across global MSP accounts• Process governance – Streamlined RMA and credit handling through standardized SOPs, improving turnaround consistency and SLA compliance• Cross-functional collaboration – Coordinate with Finance, Account Managers, and Support to resolve partner-impacting issues and maintain data accuracy across Salesforce, NetSuite, and Maestro• Insight and enablement – Identify recurring case patterns and provide data-backed recommendations to reduce process friction and strengthen channel operations efficiency
