ABOUT SUDARSHANA DUTTA

From coordinating large-scale projects to providing specialized therapy, my journey has been defined by adaptability, depth, and a passion for fostering well-being. With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a Ph.D. in progress, I specialize in trauma, grief, and overall mental wellness bringing both scientific knowledge and practical experience to my work. My career began as a Project Coordinator, where I managed operations and strategy, setting the foundation for my business acumen. Transitioning into Child Psychology, I worked closely with neurodivergent children, overseeing operations, therapist hiring, and business development across multiple zones. I then expanded my expertise as a Behavior Project Assistant for a Houston-based company, working with diverse international clients and tailoring interventions to their cultural and psychological needs. I have also worked as a Sex Therapist, helping individuals navigate intimacy, relationships, and emotional well-being. Beyond therapy, I led teams, trained professionals, and contributed to business growth in the mental health space. Wearing multiple hats across industries has given me a unique perspective on human behavior, business strategy, and holistic healing. Whether working with children, couples, or organizations, my goal remains the same: to create meaningful impact through evidence-based, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approaches.
