Consult with HR leadership on strategy, technology roadmap, and projects. • Coach Functional Subject Matter Experts aligned to HR functional areas in gathering business requirements, defining solutions, and delivering technology projects on schedule and within budget; establish and lead cross-functional delivery teams for complex projects. • Collaborate with Procurement and HR partners on software demos, Request for Proposals (RFPs), Statement of Work (SOW), and software agreements. • Partner with internal teams on assessing HR software and data integrations. • Manage HR software/tools inventory, HR data governance, and integrations with internal/external systems; advise internal teams and vendors on HR processes, data structure and workflow. • Define scope of work and estimate time, resources, and budget for projects. • Facilitate meetings, conduct presentations, and provide stakeholder reports on initiatives. • Work with Internal Communications, Change Management, Learning and other teams on implementation readiness. • HR software: Workday HCM, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone Performance and Learning, and various other HR software and tools
