The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through Synchrony Bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary. Responsibilities: • Continually refined and evolved agile processes for predictable and rapid software delivery • Led all sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and daily scrums with the development team resulting in product features. • Worked closely with product management and technical stakeholders to clarify the schedule, status, and details of each project • Co-ordination and status reporting among cross functional global teams a (cross US and India) to ensure timely completion of deliveries meeting quality standards. Undertaking project tasks as required. • Determining project changes. • Managed stakeholder’s expectations including senior managers, migration team, QA team and tool team by effective communication and conflict management. • Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. • Assist the Product owner with backlog grooming. • As a Scrum Master conducted Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Sprint Review, Product Demos, Retrospective, and Daily Standup meetings. • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and information reporting.
