As part of TAC support, I am responsible by supporting the Smart Edge [SE] and Smart Service Routers [SSR], Juniper, Cisco Routers, Extreme, Juniper QFX, EAS, EX switches, Juniper SRX, net-screen firewalls, A10 CGNAT,Ericsson Ipworks ( Fortinate Firewalls, F5 load Balancer, SDI Fabric NRU Switches. These all devices are deployed globally in ISP network. SSR is also deployed for providing LTE services in packet core networks which can act as a Serving Gateway [SGW], PDN [Packet Data Network] Gateway or both.As the highest point of escalation, Analyzing the CSR’s [Customer Service Request] escalated by the customer/ Managed Service/Back office engineers, replicating them in the lab, working with the design teams to get the issues fixed, verifying the fix, participating in troubleshooting and emergency recovery are the primary responsibilities.Responsible for software upgrades FNI for Routers, Switches, Firewalls,Load Balancer and Fabric Switches.
