Experienced production engineer with a knack for turning big ideas into actionable strategies and operational excellence.In my current role as Head of Production at The REAL Co, I’m helping drive the development of low and no-alcohol drinks across the UK and internationally. This follows a career break where I founded Carvalho Designs, manufacturing luxury wooden cutting boards and kitchen accessories. Prior to that, I was part of an early-stage VC-backed hard-tech company, Brill Power, where I became a self-learned authority in electronic component procurement and supply chain, having earned my MBA and Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma at Oxford University prior to that.Outside of work, I’m a keen runner and cyclist, currently training to keep fit. When I’m not outdoors, I’m at home with my two cats, who keep me company during my downtime.
