The VP BTP is accountable for the day-to-day direction of the WCB BT Program. Responsibilities reside primarily around efforts to drive scope, schedule, and cost as well as partner with accountable executives, business leaders, project leads, and technology leads to set the program\'s priorities. The VP BTP is authorized to direct, manage, and coordinate the teams responsible for achieving program objectives by working on the following:• Assess and implement the governance framework, including program structure, policies, and procedures;• Oversee program conformance to policies and processes;• Responsible for managing program interactions with the Steering Committee, Board Committees, stakeholders (internal and external), and Vendors;• Manage interdependencies between projects within the Program;• Monitor, manage, and report Program risks, performance, and communications;• Manage program risks and issues and escalate critical risks and issues beyond the Program team\'s control to the Steering Committee;• Monitor and report on overall Program funding and health;• Responsible for Program expenditures;• Support and promote a risk culture within the program that empowers team members to share risks openly;• Assess program outcomes and determine if changes to overall program strategies are required to meet the goals of the Program;• Responsible for the resourcing of the Program;• Create, monitor, and communicate the program integrated roadmap and critical internal and external dependencies; and• Manage, monitor, and track total program benefits realization
