I help organisations get the best out of the Microsoft ecosystem. Most teams I meet are slowed down by old systems, manual work and data that lives in too many places. My work is about fixing that and giving them a setup that feels clear, connected and ready for what comes next.At Ingentive, I lead clients through programmes built on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot. I spend time understanding how their business actually runs, where the friction is and what is getting in the way. From there I shape a plan that uses the Microsoft platform in the simplest and most effective way.I stay close from the first conversation through delivery. I work side by side with partners like Softcat to keep everything aligned and make sure progress stays steady. My style is straightforward. Honest advice. Clear decisions. A focus on results that last beyond go live.The goal is always the same. Create systems that let people work faster, make better decisions and trust their data. That is where the Microsoft ecosystem makes the biggest difference, and that is the space where I add the most value.
