I have over three decades of experience in the international non-life insurance industry, where I have launched new products, markets, and distribution channels, driven profitable and consistent growth, managed insurance risk and compliance, and developed talent and culture. As a chartered insurer and a multilingual board advisor, expert witness, subject matter expert, mentor, and business owner, I work with various organisations on strategy, proposition, products, risk, governance, talent and culture.During the last five years, I have been a member of various advisory boards to MGAs and insurtechs in a number of European countries and have also been a co-founder of and investor in, a number of businesses.I have a naturally consultative approach to work and have used this successfully in numerous consulting projects during the last few years - some discrete projects and others being longer term assignments.
