An accomplished senior insurance leader in both Claims and Business Transformation with over 38 years of experience. I deliver bottom line financial results and customer enhancing service across Strategy, Technical and Operational Claims, Personal and Commercial lines products.Most recently Busines Director for a £150m, 5 year Claims Transformation Programme for RSA (now INTACT) across their entire Claims estate, including Europe. Improved processing time, reduced complaints and introduced digital handling for customer and brokers to engage better. Responsible for on plan delivery, governance, training and implementation of Programme change across the organisation, through cross functional leadership. Board and ExCo stakeholder management, creating transparency in messaging, clarity of reporting and business confidence.Previously ran Personal & Commercial Lines Motor portfolio delivering £130m savings, with accountability for best practice and process ownership across all claims. Responsible for the Technical QA teams to ensure quality operational delivery and continuous improvement were maintained. Data focused leader, through cross-team leadership of analytics. Provided claims oversight and performance monitoring for UW and Actuarial teams.
