As a member of the Operations Leadership Team reporting directly to the CIO, I am responsible for:• Establishing key relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring that the needs of IT across the business are aligned.• Supporting the business needs through technology.• Leading the IT and Change team, including the IT Service Desk and CAB.• Providing the business with all IT tooling (both physical endpoints, including mobile devices, as well as Software and SaaS tools). I am accountable for:• The policy driven, effective and cost-efficient delivery of IT Shared Services for employees and contractors across the business.• IT Infrastructure – Responsibility for procurement, build, security and maintenance of physical and virtual infrastructure hosted in multiple locations in the UK as well as across AWS and GCP Cloud Infrastructure.• Information Security – Responsible for Wifinity’s Information security policy, posture, capability, training and Incident Response.• Working with senior stakeholders across the business to be accountable for both the BAU running and future transformation of the area.
