Manage Power Generation, Nuclear Industry, Oil & Gas and Mining based projects, specializing in oil lubrication systems, hydraulic systems, seal oil systems, compressor wash systems, flow divider systems, fuel oil pump systems, water injection systems and cooling water systems for large rotating equipment; including: steam & gas turbines, motors, generators, compressors and fans (for Siemens Energy Inc, Mitsubishi Power Americas, FLSmidth, Metso, Atlas Copco etc).•Main point of contact for clients across the entire project, including commissioning and operation•Responsible for selection of Bill of Material components to comply with client specifications and functional requirements (positive displacement or centrifugal pumps, electric motors, reservoirs, control valves, heat exchangers, filters, etc.) •Approve and release purchase requisitions and co-ordinates with the purchasing department.•Create the project specific process and instrumentation schematics (P & IDs); based on either customer-imposed specification, Power Piping Code ASME B31.1, Process Piping Code ASME B31.3, API 614 standards, and/or general industry requirements. •Schedule, maintain, take minutes and conducts Project Meetings project team members and customers to successfully meet customer requirements.•Instruct and consult mechanical designers and shop personnel, management and external project team members including customers and suppliers.•Quote and implement adders to system base price based on schedule and/or scope changes.•Support all facets of manufacturing during subcontractor sub-assembly, system assembly, and both internal and client witness testing. •Generating project-specific technical documentation (ie IOM manuals, quality assurance procedures (ITP), test and paint procedures) for client use.
