I\'m a certified HR and Talent Acquisition professional (PHR) with 5+ years of experience supporting corporate, nonprofit, and government teams across key areas like HR compliance, employee relations, recruitment, and training. My approach to HR is grounded in strategy and heart—aligning organizational goals with people-first practices.In 2024, I was honored to serve as a guest speaker for HRCI’s Alchemizing HR Webinar Series, where I presented “The New Era of Total Rewards: Winning the War for Talent” to a national audience of HR professionals. I also support HRCI as a subject matter expert contributing to certification-aligned content that advances the profession.Through Toastmasters, I’ve spent the past 7 years sharpening and sharing communication and leadership skills facilitating workshops and coaching others in public speaking, confidence, and presence. One of my most fulfilling experiences has been partnering with UAB’s NSEP program to prepare foster youth for college with real-world communication training.Whether developing HR strategies, leading full-cycle recruitment efforts, or delivering engaging learning sessions, I aim to create inclusive, compliant, and empowering environments where people thrive.
