With over 30 years of experience delivering technology solutions across every scale — from startups to global enterprises — I’ve progressed from graduate software engineering intern through engineering leadership, technical and enterprise architecture, to CxO-level strategy and delivery. At every step, I’ve remained grounded in hands-on execution while developing the ability to craft and deliver strategic technology vision that aligns with business goals and unlocks meaningful change.Today, I focus on helping organisations navigate the paradigm shift toward AI-infused business models and AI-augmented technology delivery, with a particular emphasis on reimagining the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for this next chapter.Having led both change and run functions across multiple sectors, I bring a balanced perspective on transformation: understanding the importance of stability and operational excellence while delivering bold, future-facing innovation.
