Responsible for oversight and management of call center associates supporting the Wealth Client segment with 24/7 service related to all products inclusive of brokerage, deposit, card maintenance, online, home loans and both Fraud detection and Fraud/Non Fraud claim initiation. Partner with peers locally and virtually to drive new initiatives and ensure all performance metrics are met or exceeded. Oversee vendors and strategic partnerships that support the business and impact clients. Manage typically high monetary exposure, regulatory risk and client impact; decision actions that have significant impact on multiple lines of businesses. Serve as an escalation point to resolve broad and complex operational and/or servicing issues, including with vendors or partners. Provide top tier client service to Wealth Clients while safeguarding them from potential fraud exposure. In addition to departmental responsibilities, the manager will be responsible for developing, communicating and executing strategic priorities in order to deliver on the employee engagement and operational efficiency goals.
