I’m a senior IT architect and technology leader with over 18 years’ experience designing and delivering complex, high-impact digital solutions across Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain, Social Housing, and Hospitality.My background spans solution, data, and enterprise architecture, with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure. As a TOGAF-certified architect and Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, I’m accountable for end-to-end solution design and assurance, covering integration, security, data, governance, licensing, and change.In recent years, my focus has been on enabling organisations to adopt Power Platform and Dynamics 365 in a governed, scalable, and sustainable way — balancing speed of delivery with architectural integrity. I’m particularly interested in applying Generative AI and automation pragmatically to improve productivity, decision-making, and compliance, rather than as standalone innovation.I’m known for working effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical considerations into clear, business-led outcomes.
