As Digital Products Manager for ITV Studios, I have responsibility for all of our digital products - including our external facing client website and the ITV Studios app. My role is to ensure that all of our digital products are fit for purpose and serve the needs of our external clients (including producers, buyers and broadcasters), as well as our internal sales and marketing teams to help them do their jobs.I work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the customer journey is as smooth and efficient as possible and that our digital products stay ahead of the game and latest industry trends to ensure that we stand out against our competitors.
