As a Sales and Contracts Coordinator within the Global Partnerships division at ITV Studios, I provide crucial support to the EMEA Sales Team in Southern European territories. My role involves a blend of forecasting, deal management, sales analysis, and client relationship support.Coordinating for France, French-speaking Europe and Africa, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Italian-speaking Switzerland My key responsibilities include: Forecasting & Deal Planning: Supporting sales forecasting and budgeting by leveraging tools like Rightsline, Salesforce, and Tableau Reporting to analyse content inventory, expiring licenses, and renewal opportunities. I also assist with Content Hub reporting to ensure accurate content assumptions. Deal Management & Administration: I set up and maintain license agreements in Rightsline, support commercial approvals, and ensure Salesforce deal records accurately reflect revenue positions. I also work with sales and legal teams to ensure rights align with contracts and manage contractual obligations. Sales Analysis & Content Inventory Management: I research program availability for client opportunities, use Content Hub for insights on new and library titles, and curate client-facing availabilities in Rightsline. I also provide sales histories and historical licensing pricing. Client Relationships: I build and maintain direct relationships with buyers/acquisitions teams to support deal administration under the guidance of Sales Executives. I also ensure accurate account and contact maintenance in Salesforce. General Administration: Supporting the central Sales Operations Function, contributing subject matter expertise to Global Partnerships Projects, and assisting with user testing for new platform releases. I am highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
