ABOUT STEVE WATSON MINSTRE ENGTECH

With over 39 years of experience in the language, training, defence, security and intelligence industries, I am a veteran leader with a passion for supporting the defence sector. I have a honours degrees in Management, Leadership and Engineering and multiple professional memberships and qualifications that demonstrate my competence and credibility in my field. I hold a security clearance (SC) NATO Secret and CTC. I am trained in executive cyber awareness, health and safety, and humanitarian operations.As the Vice President of Global Security & Defence at TBW Global/thebigword Group, I am responsible for providing innovative and scalable solutions for clients in the UK and international security market. I use my skills in solutions architecture, project management, strategy and operations to deliver high-quality results for both the customer and the company. I am a visionary and strategic leader who can influence and participate at board management level, as well as collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple businesses and industries. I thrive in challenging and changing environments, where I can apply my strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills. My mission is to leverage my expertise and network to create value and growth for TBW Global and the defence industry whilst leading the Global Special Projects and the Home Office delivery Teams.
