Hi, nice to meet you! Thank you for visiting my profile. Already 13 years, I\'m passionate about sustainable real estate. I have a passion to inspire companies, real estate & product suppliers to become more sustainable. I am passionate about sustainable growth, based on added value & cost-benefit, both personally and professionally. I\'m holding a Master of Science in Industrial Sciences, Elektromechanics. I started my career at Johnson & Johnson World Wide Engineering as an engineer in training. I was responsible for the integration and optimization of sustainability in new building projects. In 2011 I became project engineer at Encon. 3 years later, I started my role as Teamleader of Energy Consultancy department at Encon, with specialismen energy savings, renewable energy and sustainable building certification (certified expert & assessor). In 2017 I became Manager Operations at Encon, with responsibilities concerning continuous improvement for the operational departments. In a long-term partnership with Encon, I currently hold the position of Business Unit Director Real Estate with responsibilities for sales, marketing, operations, finance, strategic management and product development. In 2021, I founded my own company with the purpose of increasing my impact through sustainable solutions.
