Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Prince2 PractitionerAn experienced IT Management professional, currently working within the IAM and Cybersecurity domains. The first 10 years of my career were spent in the high pressure, high profile City of London investment banks, I have been able to take the attention to detail and work ethic learned during this time and apply it to the rest of my career.I have been lucky enough to work alongside some of the best people in their field working on interesting and innovative projects. This has allowed me to develop the skills, understanding of a wide range of technology concepts and their application, composure, motivation, and focus required for the management of high pressure, politically challenging, complex projects. I\'ve worked as both a consultant providing high-quality professional services to clients and as a team member delivering great outcomes for my employer. The ability to communicate complex concepts to a broad range of stakeholders in plain terms is something that I have spent time developing throughout my career.In recent years I have been delivering organisation-wide technology-based programs for clients directly as a Program Manager. While these have had a technology base, the programs involve the convergence of technology, security, people, and processes. These programs have allowed me to apply my experience and knowledge of security practices across a wide range of security domains.Prior to this, as well as delivering projects, I have worked with clients to develop and coach technical and non-technical teams. Having experience working with technical and non-technical groups I am comfortably able to bridge the gap between the two across all levels of staff, whether that\'s with front line workers or C-suite executives.Taking the time to understand the client\'s needs and motivations, and using my experience building and developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders, has allowed me to work with clients as a close and trusted advisor. The result of which has been guiding strategy development to aid clients in achieving their desired goals.Specialties: Over my career, there has been a trend where I\'ve been asked to take over situations that had become ‘troubled’. Good interpersonal skills combined with strong communication skills, and the ability to understand complex solutions have enabled me to convert \'troubled\' situations into successful outcomes.
