NAVFAC SIOP MACC P-209 - Development of RFP and Pricing for P-209 Dry Dock 3 Replacement in Pearl Harbor, HI. This project consists of demolition and construction of a new dry dock under a bid-build and design-build contract. Winning Contractor - Dragados-Hawaiian Dredging-Orion $3.6B Georgia SR 400 Express Lanes P3 - Development of RFP and Pricing for 16-miles of express lanes along SR400. Design-Build style contract with SPV. CJV Dragados-USA and Acciona. Winning Contractor - Dragados-USA/Acciona $4.6B Wild Horse Reservoir CM/GC - Development of RFP and Pricing for City of Aurora\'s new reservoir Wild Horse. Project consists of three (3) new dams: earth, rock, and RCC. Indicative Pricing and schedule developed during proposal phase. Pricing and schedule update provided at 30% Design. Winning Contractor - Dragados-Flatiorn-Sukut $1B+Prado Dam Spillway Modification Project IDaC - This project consists of reconstruction of the Prado Dam spillway over seven (7) work seasons for the Army Corps of Engineers. The IDaC delivery process required schedule and pricing development along with multiple rounds of interviews. Winning Contractor - Barnard Construction $1BInglewood Transit Connector - Development of RFP for City of Inglewood for the Inglewood Transit Connector - Design Build Finance Operate Maintain (DBFOM). In conjunction with Doppelmayr Cable Car, this RFP required pricing and schedule development for an elevated cable car over 1.6 miles including three (3) stations to connect LA Metro K-Line to SoFi Stadium. Winning Contractor - Tutor Perini $1B+Frederick Douglas Tunneling Project (Package A) CMAR - Development of CMAR RFP for Amtrack on the Baltimore & Potomac Tunnel (B&P). The RFP required indicative pricing and schedule development for the B&P tunnel which included construction of tunnels, mined caverns, cross-passages. The new tunnel of two (2) single-track 26\' ID tunnels excavated by TBM. Winning Contractor - Kiewit $1B+
