I was invited back to International to strategically increase market share for 28 international dealerships across an 11-state region. I successfully managed and grew an extensive portfolio, including government and municipalities, dump trucks, fire and emergency vehicles, drywall trucks, and trucks for construction material distribution. Through innovative sales strategies, market expansion, and fostering strong dealer relationships, I drove revenue generation to exceed $276 million annually.Select Achievements:• Participated in the initial focus group for our Zero-Emission electric truck strategy, collaborating with leadership to provide insights and develop comprehensive sales training modules for all International Truck Dealerships across North America.• Worked with the Zero-Emission team to create comprehensive product and service technical training programs for all International truck dealerships and International field sales staff, driving successful sales and customer satisfaction.• Conducted 20 training events with over 40 participants each over a two-year period, educating large groups of dealerships on Vocational Truck selling techniques, improving dealership sales capabilities and competitive positioning in the market.• Provided training on utilizing the Sourcewell COOP program for quoting governmental contracts, equipping dealers in my 11-state area with the knowledge and tools to efficiently and accurately respond to government bids.• Attended numerous Governmental Associations customer events as an invited speaker. Engaged with key stakeholders and established strong relationships to enhance brand recognition and trust within the governmental sector.• Nominated by vocational management to be the International spokesperson for our GOVWIN/DELTEK partnership, collaborating with engineering on real-world testing of Vocational Trucks in specific applications.
