As an Account Technical Leader (ATL) at IBM, I serve as a trusted technical strategist for our clients, driving hybrid‑cloud and AI‑enabled transformations through Client Technical Strategies (CTS), Proof‑of‑Experience (PoX) pilots, and cross‑functional squads of Brand Technical Specialists, Client Engineers, and partners. My focus is on co‑creating strategic roadmaps that align business outcomes with IBM’s platform portfolio, guiding clients from assessment to adoption using the ICEM framework (Plan → Progress → Design → Deliver), and building long‑term value by expanding IBM solutions across priority, land‑and‑expand, deployment, and invest accounts.Previously, I worked as an Advisory Automation Technical Specialist, specializing in IBM’s Application Integration portfolio. I partnered with account teams to identify opportunities and position IBM technology in high‑impact scenarios, translating business challenges into technical solutions using the IBM Automation suite to help clients modernize and optimize integration strategies. Before that, I served as an Advisory Technology Engineer within IBM’s London Client Engineering team, leading the technical delivery of end‑to‑end solutions for fast‑paced client engagements. Acting as senior technical lead, I coordinated cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions spanning AI, generative AI, IT automation, and integration use cases—maximizing business value and demonstrating technical feasibility under tight timelines. I was often the primary technical point of contact, responsible for architecture and hands‑on build, ensuring successful outcomes.Before joining IBM, I spent four years at Deloitte, where I focused on cloud infrastructure projects. This consulting background laid a strong foundation for the client-facing, development-focused work I now lead.I hold a BSc in Digital and Technology Solutions from the Open University, graduating with first-class honours in 2021, and also earned a Distinction in the associated Apprenticeship Certificate.I’m driven, confident, and maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude—qualities that have consistently supported my success across both professional and personal endeavours.
