Most people come into our sessions because their company booked it. They\'re skeptical, slightly checked out, and wondering if they could be using the time differently. Thirty minutes later something has shifted. Not for everyone. But for enough people in the room that the energy is different walking out.What we do at Pause + Expand is create the conditions for people to actually feel something at work. Through sound, neuroscience, and intentional prompting, we build a room where the noise drops, the guard comes down, and people reconnect to themselves and each other in a way the workday almost never allows. The most common thing someone says walking out is \"I needed that.\" Not \"that was productive.\" Not \"interesting use of time.\" I needed that. At work. Which says everything about what was missing before we walked in.We have delivered live sound bath experiences to teams at Adobe, Spotify, CVS, Cigna, and others across the Fortune 100. The full experience runs 30 minutes.
