Rationalising, defining, managing and controlling the detailed overall event print and complex hospitality design scopes in line with the defined client brief and the conceptual, developing and approved designs. Collaborating and contributing to the production aspects of the design process. Selecting and quality controlling appropriate suppliers, ensuring value for the client, whilst managing and mitigating risks. Managing production budgets to agreed limits, making scalable efficiencies wherever possible. Liaising day to day with suppliers and other production teams. Briefing the design team and provides all necessary specific information to facilitate feasible designs and accurate artworking and production. Managing the artworking process and the proofing process by print suppliers. Managing and quality controlling on site delivery. Attending site visits to venues and for the delivery period of the event.
