As early as his first senior living project in 1989, Steve realized that more outcome-driven information was needed for this building typology. Leading the senior living team at Moseley Architects for 31 years, Steve possesses the unique ability to balance general visionary project goals, development issues, constructability cost issues, and technical issues that place him at the forefront of designing innovative and effective senior living projects. Because of his project specialization, particularly surrounding building codes, other professionals, attorneys, and client groups request that Steve present to their relevant audiences on topics related to his body of knowledge and expertise.
